John Layton

     John Layton was born in Portland, Oregon and has lived all over  the United States.  John has been married to the former Pat Burdette for over forty years.  They have five children and six grand-children.  John was a very successful businessman all of his life, but came to the realization that he was a work-a-holic.  Reaching out to the Lord, he was totally delivered, and now teaches success through God.  John operates in the Body of Christ as an organizer, leader, preacher and counselor.  John was in his eleventh year serving Genesis Ministries.

OUR BROTHER  WENT TO BE WITH GOD ON FEBRUARY 9TH, 2010 AT 4:58PM.  HE FOUGHT AND BATTLED  CANCER AND WAS TRIUMPHANT TILL HIS DEPARTURE TO HEAVEN.  OUR PRAYERS AND HEARTS ARE WITH THE LAYTON FAMILY.  THANK-YOU JOHN FOR BEING A FRIEND ALL THESE YEARS TO THE MINISTRY.  YOU SERVED AND LOVED ALL THE LOST AND WHAT SOCIETY WOULD CONSIDER THE OUTCASTS AND NOW ARE IN THE ARMS OF GOD AND JESUS.  WE CAN HEAR THEM SAYING, "WELL DONE JOHN, MY GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT".   JOHN MINISTERED IN SUCH A CHRIST-LIKE WAY TO SO MANY OF GOD'S LOST THAT THERE WILL BE SUCH A PARTY IN HEAVEN AWAITING HIS ARRIVAL.  WE WILL ALL MISS YOU DEARLY.
